Planting & Growing: Planted in fall and harvested in spring. Plant 4-6 weeks before fall frost. Plant in ground when 3″ tall and bury stem 1″ deeper than they were in pots.
Harvesting & Storage: Harvest shoots early, then harvest heads when they are tight, before flowers appear. Side heads may continue to produce for several weeks.
