Semi-dwarf popular variety dating back to the 1800s. Can withstand cold temperatures. Produces 50-100 sprouts (1.5″ in size) over a single season.

Soil & Water: Provide rich, fertile soil that’s 6.5 pH and high in nitrogen. Water consistently.
Planting & Growing: Start seeds indoors and transplant 100 days before first fall frost. When lower sprouts are 1″ in diameter, remove the growing tip to grow sprouts.
Harvesting & Storage: Pick when full size. The lower brussels sprouts will be ready to harvest first, and frost does improve their flavor.
