Bright yellow fruits are sweet, crunchy. Many folks eat them right out of the garden, but they are delicious pickled as well. This is a great pepper for short season climates because it produces so quickly. Very dependable. Heavy yields of attractive, sweet peppers pointed in shape, 6" long, 1-1/2" wide. Eaten at any ripeness stage, but sweetest at the crimson stage. Great for colorful salads, frying, and freezing. A joy to grow because of its dependable high yields.
